Terms and Conditions
Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and services provided by PC Fix Den Bosch.
Services
We provide professional repair and IT services according to the agreed specifications, schedule, and quotation.
Quotations and Agreements
All quotations are without obligation unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded once it has been confirmed or accepted in writing by both parties.
Payment
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoicing is done according to the agreed terms or as stated on the website. Payment must be made within the specified period. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend work.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss, or data loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Our liability is in any case limited to the invoice amount of the relevant service.
Cancellation and Modification
Cancellations or changes to appointments must be communicated in a timely manner. PC Fix Den Bosch reserves the right to adjust appointments under unforeseen circumstances. Any costs related to cancellation may be charged.
Warranty
Repairs and services are covered by a warranty as stated in the quotation or as legally required. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, modifications, or external factors.
Complaints
Complaints can be submitted in writing or by email to info@pcfixdenbosch.nl. We strive to respond within 14 days and provide an appropriate solution. If the complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, it may be submitted to the competent court.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to materials, software, and documentation provided by PC Fix Den Bosch remain the property of PC Fix Den Bosch or third parties. Use without permission is not allowed.
Governing Law and Disputes
All agreements between PC Fix Den Bosch and the client are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are preferably resolved through mutual consultation; if necessary, by the competent court in the Netherlands.
Changes to Terms
PC Fix Den Bosch reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Please check this page regularly for the most up-to-date version.
